Gulf ProClean cleans homes and businesses from Pensacola to Panama City Beach — and because we are inside those properties every week, we are usually the first to notice a leak, a failing compressor, a pool pump about to go, or a stain that is not a stain. Our customers expect us to get the right licensed person there.
That person is you. We are building a standing vendor bench with pricing agreed in advance, so when a finding comes in we dispatch instead of shopping.
Findings come from our field supervisors during scheduled visits and Home Watch checks. It is pre-qualified work at a property we already have access to, with a customer who already trusts us.
You give us a rate card once. We dispatch against it. No re-quoting every job, no race to the bottom on a bid board.
Our vendor coordinator schedules access, meets you if the property is vacant, and follows the job to completion. You are not chasing a homeowner for a key.
Invoices reconciled against your submitted rates and approved on a set cycle. We tell you the terms before you accept the first job, not after.
We verify all of this before a single work order goes out, and we re-verify at every renewal. A vendor whose coverage lapses comes off the dispatch list that day — not as a matter of paperwork tidiness, but because an uninsured subcontractor on a customer's property becomes our liability and our customer's problem.
If your trade is not listed, submit anyway and tell us what you do — this list grows with what our properties turn out to need.

Licensing summarized from Florida's statewide scheme; counties and municipalities along the Emerald Coast add local competency licenses and business tax receipts on top. This table is how we screen — it is not legal advice, and you remain responsible for knowing what your own trade and locality require.
The form takes about fifteen minutes. License number, coverage, service area, response times, and your rate card.
We check your license directly with the issuing authority and confirm your insurance is current. Usually two to three business days.
We request your certificate of insurance, workers' comp certificate or exemption, and W-9 by email. Nothing sensitive goes through the web form.
A short call: rates, payment terms, how dispatch works, what our customers expect on site.
You go into the dispatch list for your trade and service area. Work orders come from our vendor coordinator with the property, the finding, and the access arrangement.
We track responsiveness, quality, callbacks and pricing accuracy, and we re-verify your license and insurance at each renewal. Lapsed coverage pauses dispatch until it is current again.
