Careers

Steady work, a route you know,
and a company that answers the phone.

Gulf ProClean is a veteran-owned, family-operated cleaning company working from Pensacola to Panama City Beach. We clean homes, vacation rentals, offices and restaurants — and we send the same people back to the same properties, because that is the only way the work actually gets better.

Every role below is open right now.

What you get here

Consistent schedule, consistent route

You are assigned properties, not shuffled daily. You learn a home or an account and you keep it. Arrival windows are real and dispatch defends them.

Paid above Florida minimum

Every posted range starts above Florida's minimum wage, which rises to $15.00/hour on September 30, 2026. Leads, floor care and supervisors are paid meaningfully more.

Equipment and supplies provided

We supply the products, equipment and PPE. Field roles use their own vehicle with a mileage arrangement; floor care runs a company truck.

A real path

Technician → Crew Lead → Field Supervisor is a route people here actually take. We promote from the crews before we post outside.

Veteran and military-spouse friendly

We are veteran-owned. We understand PCS timelines, drill weekends and deployment schedules, and we will work with them.

Straight answers

Hiring process

How this works, start to finish

Nothing here is a surprise. You apply, we talk, we ride along, and only after we make you an offer do we ask for the sensitive paperwork.

  1. Apply online

Ten minutes. Contact details, work history, availability, and the questions Florida law requires us to ask. No documents needed yet.

  2. Phone screen

A 15-minute call within a few business days — schedule, pay expectations, service area, transportation.

  3. In-person interview

Meet a supervisor. We walk through the tier checklists so you know exactly what the standard is before you agree to it.

  4. Paid working interview

A half day in the field with a crew lead, paid at the role's starting rate. You see the actual work; we see how you do it.

  5. Conditional offer

We put the offer in writing — role, rate, schedule, start date. It is conditional on the two checks below.

  6. Background check and work authorization

Only at this stage do we ask for identity documents or run a background check. You get a secure link, you give written consent first, and nothing is submitted without it. Read exactly what we check and why →

  7. Start date and paid training

Form I-9 is completed on your first day. Then you shadow an experienced technician before you run a route alone.
